This hybrid role is perfect for someone who enjoys both front-desk coordination and chairside assistance, ensuring patients feel cared for from the moment they walk in.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk

• Welcome patients and manage check-in/check-out

• Handle phone calls, bookings, and appointment reminders

• Process payments, invoices, and health fund claims

• Maintain a tidy and professional reception area

Dental Assisting

• Assist dentists chairside during treatments

• Prepare rooms, instruments, and materials

• Follow strict infection control and sterilisation protocols

• Support patient comfort and care throughout their visit

What We’re Looking For:

• Good communication and organisational skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Team player with a willingness to learn

• Experience in dental assisting or reception is a bonus
